Les Trémières, a 3*** star accomodation complex, will offer you all the comfort you need whilst on holiday in the Charente-Maritime region. The complex includes 6 villas fully furnished for 4 or 6 persons, you will be able to relax by the heated swimming-pool, reserved exclusively for the guests.

Les Trémières comprises 6 rental villas: 2 villas for 4 persons and 4 villas for 6 persons.
All the villas are identically furnished. The 6 persons villas have an extra bedroom upstairs with bunk beds.

 Description of the villas
The ground floor :
- a living room of 31 square meters with two sofas and a colour television.
- a fully furnished kitchen with gas cooker, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing-machine.
- a private terrace with garden and BBQ.
- a bathroom with shower and twin sinks.
- a separate WC.
- a bedroom of 11 square meters with wardrobe and, for your comfort, a double bed of 160 cm x 200 cm (you will need bed sheets, rental possible).
- a private garage.
The first floor :
- a mezzanine of 12 square meters with two single beds of 90 cm, and a wardrobe.
- a bedroom of 8 square meters with two single bunk beds of 90cm each and a wardrobe (only for the villas for 6 persons).

Included with the holiday rental :
- Heated swimming-pool from April to September exclusive to the guests.
- Free Wi-Fi access on request.
Services incurring an extra charge :
- Bed linen.
